I'm not going to pretend that I'm not hurting after yesterday's first-class-in-a-long-while. Cuz I'm hurting. There are clearly a few muscles that running just doesn't touch upon, and I'm feeling every one of them.

I hear ya... I'm afraid to go back... That was more brutal than the first time I went with you...
I haven't been since November, BUT i do agree it is the best, I just have to set my priorities. The class is 90 min, however it takes me 3 hours incl, cool down phase to be functional afterwards!
